I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas, and I've had several conversations with Christy about the North County San Diego area. It's obvious she really knows her market and cares about helping people find the right fit. She's also great to work with from an agent-to-agent standpoint, which makes a huge difference for clients. As an active duty service member Christy's guidance and representation were invaluable during my wife and I's first home purchase. Christy's knowledge of the North County area and relationships with lenders familiar with the VA loan were instrumental in securing us a house within our budget and in a location that supported commutes to both my wife's employer in Vista as well as Camp Pendleton. If you are a first time homebuyer, and especially if you are a servicemember, I cannot recommend Christy enough. Great experience with Christy Hines selling the family condo. Following skills were apparent and were key to making the sale a success at the best price - trys to get the best price for the seller, not just whatever price will close the deal- Understands the market and knows how to negotiate- pays attention to detail- is personable and will spend the time necessary to shepherd a transaction to a conclusion

Christy was always willing to go the extra mile, the extra phone call, the extra information….whatever we needed, including offering on several occasions to preview homes and FaceTime with us when we were out of town. We were extremely happy with the service she provided and her consistent positive attitude and encouragement through the buying process. My wife and I worked with David over 6 months in 2020 wile we were relocating to San Diego from LA. We really tested him hard as we were a 3 hour car drive away to visit any houses. We would text him at 11pm about a house we just saw "pop up" on Zillow and he would alwasy reply! He was very patient with us. We sold our house in LA and David helped us relocat to a rental in SD county and we continued our search. House's were selling within days of listing and David navigated the negotiations with other brokers, agents, and sellers with skill and tenacity and we were able to buy the house we wanted and not settle for one that might have been easier. David was up front with realities about buying a house, he understood the emotional nuances of buying a house, and while this wasn't our first house purchase David's advice was alway timely, insightful, and accurate. Highly recommend if your buying or selling.
