A Southern California native, Francine was born and raised in Fallbrook and has called the coastal communities of Carlsbad and Oceanside home for more than 30 years. A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Fine Arts, she brings a keen eye for detail and potential, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, Francine enjoys hiking, walking the beach (sounds serene, but let’s be honest: half the time is spent admiring the ocean view, and the other half is spent analyzing the structural integrity of beachfront properties and calculating any recent coastal erosion), serving as a pest control specialist (formerly known as gardener), reading, and staying connected to the local arts community through the Oceanside Museum of Art. Whether she’s outsmarting the horned worms in the vegetable patch or taking in the local art scene, Francine stays fully engaged—even if her brain never quite turns off its property-evaluating radar.
